Cancellation and Payment Terms

We guarantee your room once you have made a firm booking.
Please remember to cancel your booking in good time if, contrary to expectations, you no longer require the room. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the time of enquiry and the room rate; please check these carefully.

1. Flexible rate: Cancellation is free of charge up to 16:00 on the day before arrival (local hotel time). If you cancel later than 4.00 pm local time on the day before arrival, the total amount of your booking will be charged to the credit card you provided.

2. Hot Deal Rate (Special Offer): All cancellations, booking changes or no-shows will be charged the full amount. Full payment of the booking total is required on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

3. Peak & High Season Rates: Generally applicable during conferences and trade fairs, Advent weekends and New Year’s Eve week, or during periods of high demand.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations made within 30 days, the total amount will be charged to the credit card provided.

General Terms and Conditions
1. All prices quoted are per room, ‘from’ prices in € (euros), including breakfast and all statutory charges. Prices are subject to change. The local tourist tax is not included.
2. The contract is concluded between the guest and the accommodation provider.
3. The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck.
4. For bookings of 3 or more rooms, the hotel’s separate cancellation conditions apply.
5. The above terms and conditions generally apply only to individual bookings. Terms and conditions for group bookings are set out separately below. Otherwise, the group terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.

General Online Booking Terms and Conditions
The hotel and apartment attaches great importance to transparency and clarity regarding the applicable booking and cancellation terms. There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act. By confirming the booking, the guest accepts the following terms and conditions in full.

Deposit
An advance payment of 100 per cent of the total cost of the stay is required to confirm the booking. In the event of cancellation within the chargeable cancellation period, the deposit paid will be retained and converted into a voucher with no expiry date, which can be redeemed for a future stay at the hotel. A cash payout or refund of the deposit is not permitted.

Late cancellation, no-show, late arrival, early departure
In the event of cancellations within the chargeable period, as well as in the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, the following conditions apply: the 100 per cent deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee; the stay is deemed to commence on the originally booked arrival date, regardless of the actual date of arrival; the days not utilised due to late arrival or early departure must be paid for in full. The deposit paid will be set off against the amounts due.

No exceptions
The above conditions apply without exception, including in the event of: illness, bereavement, personal circumstances, force majeure, or travel or transport problems.
