Our apartments are situated at Schlossergasse 17 – the entrance to the apartments – and at Marktgraben 13 at the front. The five-storey building was once part of Innsbruck’s historic city walls; its core dates back to the 15th century and it has been documented since 1480.
Inside, there’s little to suggest this: a modern kitchenette, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, however, it’s all the more evident – you’ll be staying right in the heart of the Old Town, with the Golden Roof just round the corner and the Basic Hotel a two-minute walk away.
You can access the building round the clock with your keycard. You can book the croissant breakfast at the Basic Hotel at any time, though you don’t have to – the kitchen in the flat is perfectly adequate.
