Breakfast at the Basic Hotel Innsbruck
Our breakfast is called ‘Croissant & Go’ and that’s exactly what it’s all about: a delicious croissant, good coffee, and no buffet marathon. Served daily from 6.30 am to 11.00 am – early enough for the first train, late enough for a leisurely start to the day.
You can book breakfast flexibly to suit your stay, either when you make your reservation or on the spot at reception.
What to expect
- A selection of croissants: classic butter croissants (also available in a vegan version) and varieties with chocolate, crema, apricot or pistachio
- Barista-quality hot drinks – cappuccino, espresso or tea
- Juice bar with freshly squeezed juices, blended on request
- Fresh fruit buffet with seasonal fruit
- Muesli, yoghurt and dried fruit
- Bread and toast, ham, cheese and sweet and savoury spreads

If you prefer to cook for yourself, the Basic Apartments Downtown are the place for you: they come with a kitchenette – but you can still add the croissant breakfast at the hotel at any time.
